The data on withdrawal speeds is based on the statistics for last 12 months. It is derived from the processing of all withdrawal requests, without exception, for all account types and all available payment methods. Withdrawal time is recorded after receiving confirmation on the client’s request to withdraw until the transfer has been made using the relevant payment system or bank. The data does not include possible delays at the receiver’s end, such as processing a payment to the recipient.

All data is rounded to one decimal place using standard rounding rules. Information is updated to the 14th day of the following month.
