Why are the Buy/Sell buttons not active in the New Order section?

If you open the “New Order” window in the terminal but the Sell and Buy buttons are still inactive (coloured grey), you can try changing the volume of the lot. Perhaps you entered a lot size which is below the minimum or above the maximum allowed for your account type.
