Where are my funds stored? What guarantee can the company provide and what responsibility does it bear?
As a regulated financial entity we are obliged to keep client funds separate from the operational funds of the company. This requirement is called segregation of client funds. Currently all client funds are distributed between the company’s accounts in different banks. Our company does not have lawful rights and possibilities to use these funds for its own benefit, therefore client funds will not be affected in case of our bankruptcy. Should the company become bankrupt — all client funds will be paid back according to the predetermined order of the liquidation of the company.
