Why does the message “No connection” appear in the bottom right corner of the terminal?
The message “No connection” or “Common Error” appears when the internet connection disappears or is blocked by a protection program. Sometimes it happens when you turn on your terminal for the first time. If, given these issues, the terminal still shows this message then you need to restart the terminal or try the following:
In the upper menu go to ‘File’ –> ‘Login’. After entering your login data (i.e. your login name and password) remove from the ‘Server’ field all the existing data and manually enter the IP address of the server which can be specified from Client support.
